Snack | Greek Yogurt with Berries and Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat, whichever you prefer)
- Assorted fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
- Drizzle of honey (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the Greek yogurt as the base of the snack.
- Wash and prepare the fresh berries, adding them on top of the yogurt.
- Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the yogurt and berries.
- If you prefer a touch of sweetness, you can drizzle a little honey over the snack.
