Snack | Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced (about 1/8 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced zucchini with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini slice into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides, and place them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the zucchini chips in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the zucchini chips from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
