Snack | Zucchini Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced zucchini with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini slice into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides, and place them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake the zucchini chips in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once done, remove the zucchini chips from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
